The project aims to move beyond the mass-produced housing market and create a new type of residential environment where the preferences and lifestyles of residents can naturally be reflected in the space. By closely analyzing the constraints of urban living environments, the design proposes spatial structures and planning strategies that overcome these limitations and provide a more comfortable and distinctive living experience. Everyday elements such as natural light, circulation, and storage were carefully considered, along with shared spaces and parking strategies, to address the inconveniences often found in conventional low-rise housing and to improve the overall quality of living
